Our Services
We can provide staff on a permanent
basis or a fixed term contract, temporary
contract to cover maternity or long term
sickness absence and on a full time or
part time basis. We can also, if required
supply staff on an agency basis which
sometimes suits the fluctuating
requirements of many of our care home
clients. We are able to tailor our training
for specific requirements but all staff
have completed the Care Certificate and
Moving & Handling plus Medication,
Infection Control, Dementia and some
standard clinical processes.
Supplied staff will have gained experience
working within our own service before
qualifying for establishment work and are
recognised for outstanding commitment
and skills and rewarded accordingly.
We ensure that every employee has a valid
and required certification to show you (we
hold the originals) and In the case of
clients with complex needs introductions
can be arranged if required.
We want every staff member confident to
sign in for their first shift understanding
their role, who to report to and what to
do.
