Our care and support packages centre on your physical, intellectual, emotional and social well being – so if there’s something else you need, ask us and we will see how we can help.

We provide long or short term care, with anything from daily and hourly visits. We are approved providers for Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin local authorities – in addition to providing reablement and intermediate care services with Shropshire Local Authority.

Our speciality

We champion care for those living with dementia. As a member of the Dementia Action Alliance we actively seek to achieve specific outcomes for people with dementia and their carers. Our innovative technology helps keep in touch and support people with Dementia to live well and as independently as possible.

Our home carers are specifically trained to understand dementia – they undertake training in line with the recommendations by the Alzheimer’s Society.

Reablement care

Our reablement service is staffed by experienced carers who can help you get back to your best and assist you around the home while you recover from an operation or hospital stay. They are fully conversant in occupational therapy and can work alongside your own physiotherapist to assist your rapid recovery.

Home maintenance

As part of our Home Help Service we work with property and gardening maintenance company Oakleaf which will take care of those job around the home that can be difficult and time consuming. It is a small company with a high reputation for quality service and all staff have completed a Data Baring Service (DBS) check as part of their recruitment.
