Here at Sentinel Care Services we know how important it is to recognise the hard work of our staff in providing the best care for our clients.
With this in mind we hold quarterly awards for staff and then an annual awards ceremony at the end of each year.
We are delighted to name Jade Till as both our Carer of the Year and Sentinel Star of the Year 2017 – this double honour coming after Jade was highlighted for special mention at a quarterly awards ceremony earlier in the year.
Our awards are held in high esteem by both staff and management and recognise the hard work and achievements in putting clients at the centre of the highest quality of care demanded by the company.
Jade’s name keeps cropping up as someone who is always prepared to go that extra mile in caring for clients.
She is always there when you need her and is a valued team member – a firm favourite with her colleagues.
We hear nothing but good things about her and are delighted to be able to reveal her as the winner of these two prestigious company awards.
The awards go some way in showing our appreciation to staff who work so hard to make Sentinel the success it is today.
Not everyone can win an award and it is important to highlight the work of all our staff whose efforts are so necessary in providing top quality care in allowing our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
The work they do is very much appreciated and I would like to thank them all for their efforts.
