Covid-19 Our CQC report

Of course everyone is concerned that organisations are doing everything to ensure that best practice and safety to contain this virus is being done. We are no exception, Care Quality Commission who are the enforcement authority have recently undertaken an assessment of how we are operating and ‘working safe’ during this current crisis. Along with our risk assessment we have a RAG system to ensure those who need care receive it and in a safe way. Our risk assessment instructs care and office staff what to do and how to do it to ensure we’re working safe futher details are in the report
